Terms of service

Payments:
Full payment is required before the dress can be reserved.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 14+ days before the contracted date of your rental, you will receive store credit for the same amount that can be used towards another rental. This credit must be used within 120 days. Cancellations 13 or less days from contracted start date will not receive any refunds. Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit. No exceptions. 

Dalliance Bespoke reserves the right to cancel a booking at short notice. Reasons for cancellation may include (but are not limited to) an item not being available due to late return by a previous customer or damage to an item. Dalliance Bespoke will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible. In the event of a cancellation by Dalliance Bespoke, Dalliance Bespoke offers a full refund, credit or the option to change the booking to another item.

Shipping:
We are able to ship rentals throughout the United States. 
Packages are sent with UPS or USPS. Dalliance Bespoke will provide tracking information and an estimated arrival date as soon as the package is on the way. Dalliance Bespoke does not take any responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.

Delivery:

It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure address for your rental to be delivered. If packages get lost after a delivery notification is received you will be responsible for locating the package, failure to do so will result in a full replacement fee.

Return Shipping:
Dresses need to be sent back on or before the last day of your booking. A return shipping label is included in your package. Please ensure you keep the box the dress arrived in and the label in a safe place until the end of your booking. 

Make sure you get your package scanned in at USPS before the end of the business day on your return date to avoid paying a late fee. 


Change Fees:
At our sole discretion and subject to availability the date of your rental can be changed, provided at least 14 days notice is received.

Fit:
Dalliance Bespoke is not responsible for ensuring the fit of the dress. Sizes provided are a recommendation only and it is the renters responsibility to plan accordingly.


Cleaning:

If your dress is in perfect condition after your photoshoot you do not have to clean it before sending it back, I take care of that when it is returned. However, you must remove any sticks or leaves that are stuck to the dress.

If your dress got wet during your session you MUST ensure it is fully dry before sending it back.

If there are any stains you must spot clean and machine wash on a cold and delicate cycle and hang up to dry. The longer a stain sits on the fabric the harder it is to get out which could result in a cleaning or replacement fee.



Late Fees:
All rental orders must be returned on or before the last date of the booking. For orders that have been shipped out, please ensure you get the package scanned in at The Courier Guy before the end of the business day on your return date as proof that your dress has been returned on time. Late Return Fee is $70 per day per dress up until 7 days after agreed upon return date, after which you will be liable for the full replacement cost. All garments must be returned just as it was received. In the event of refusal to return the products, Dalliance Bespoke reserves the right to take legal action against you.

Dalliance Bespoke reserves the right to charge the credit card on file or any late fees or replacement costs.

Unreturned Items:

Flower crowns, slip dresses or bodysuits that are not returned to Dalliance Bespoke with your rental gown will be invoiced at full retail cost. This invoice must be settled immediately upon receipt.

Damage and Replacement Cost:
Altering, using hem tape, adding, removing or cutting any part of any rental garment is prohibited. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the garment upon arrival and alert Dalliance Bespoke of any damage or defects within 24 hours of receiving your rental. Should you fail to do so it will be assumed that any damage noted upon return of the dress was caused while it was in your possession and penalties will apply.
Smoke bombs STAIN, do not use them anywhere near the dress.

Upon return, inspection is required and if there are any rental items that have been abused as mentioned above, are damaged beyond repair, have excessive dirt and/or are missing pieces, replacement or extra cleaning costs will incur.
Replacement costs vary on each rental piece. Dalliance Bespoke will charge your credit card on file to cover these costs.
You are responsible for the products all the time they are not in our premises. You must take good care of the products and keep them in your possession throughout the Rental Period and any extension.

Weddings & events:
Rental dresses cannot be worn for events such as weddings or cocktail parties, they are designed for photography and are extremely long with excessive amounts of fabric to create movements. This will present a tripping hazard. The wear is much greater and they don't bustle so they're not suitable as rentals for events. They are pretty affordable so contact me if you'd like to buy one.

MADE-TO-ORDER DRESSES:

As these are custom made dresses, absolutely no refunds will be given once your order has been placed. No exceptions.


By accepting the terms and conditions, I authorize Dalliance Bespoke to charge the provided credit card according to the terms outlined above. This payment authorization is for the goods/services described above, for the amount indicated above only. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form.
